Agreement

By using Hunter (gethunter.co), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What Hunter Does

Hunter is an AI-powered engagement tool that:

  • Analyzes your Twitter/X presence to understand your voice
  • Generates personalized engagement strategies
  • Finds relevant conversations for you to join
  • Drafts replies in your voice for your approval

Important: Hunter never posts anything without your explicit approval. You review and approve every reply before it's posted.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Comply with Twitter/X Terms of Service
  • Not use Hunter for spam, harassment, or abuse
  • Not use Hunter for illegal purposes
  • Review drafts before posting to ensure accuracy

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Hunter to:

  • Automate spam or bulk messaging
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Spread misinformation
  • Violate any applicable laws
  • Circumvent rate limits or abuse the service

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Subscriptions and Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
  • You can cancel anytime from your account settings
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice

Intellectual Property

  • You own your content (tweets, strategies, drafts you edit)
  • We own the Hunter platform, algorithms, and branding
  • AI-generated drafts become yours once approved

Disclaimer

Hunter is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee:

  • Specific results or follower growth
  • That the service will be uninterrupted
  • That AI-generated content will be perfect

You are responsible for reviewing all content before posting.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hunter and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Account Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any reason with notice.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify you of significant changes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
